1. CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

Products purchased from caribee.us come with a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item for an exchange or a refund on the purchase price (excluding the shipping cost) within 30 days from the date of purchase.

All “Change of Mind" returns are to be sent back at your cost in a perfect unused condition with all tags still attached and the product in it’s original packaging. Please email us to inform us of your desire to make a “Change of Mind" return.  Upon receipt of your product in a perfect condition, we will refund the full purchase price or exchange the product. Original outbound shipping costs, if any, are not refundable. We recommend that you return your unwanted items using Registered Post or trackable overnight courier. We will not be held responsible if items being returned are lost in transit and therefor not received. If an item is returned to us not meeting the above requirements, no credit can be processed and the item will be returned to you.

2. WARRANTY BASED RETURNS

We try our best to ensure that all Caribee products are free from defects. In the case that you do receive a faulty product upon delivery, do not panic, simply contact us via email (info@caribee.com) with all your order details and the problem. A photo is always handy and speeds up the process. 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET A REFUND?

Once your goods have been received by us, please allow up to 5 days for your refund to be processed back to your account. The receipt of your refund will depend on the period of time it takes for your financial institution to finalize the transaction.
