Caribee gear is tested in Australia’s rugged outdoors and designed to last. We trust our gear completely, so all Caribee products are fully warrantied against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 3 years. Our return rate is less than 1% so that's a lot of happy customers!

In the rare case that you do receive a faulty product or if a product fails due to a manufacturing or material defect, contact us at customerservice@talusproducts.com and we will assist in replacing or refunding the defective merchandise. 

What's not covered?

Normal wear and tear, the natural breakdown beyond the reasonable life of the materials and components, modifications or alterations, damage caused by improper use or third party carriers (airlines, rail, bus or boat companies), improper maintenance, improper storage, negligence, accident, or damage as a result of use of the product for which it was not designed.

Remember, if an airline or thrid-party carrier damages your bag in transit, make the claim with them as their insurance will cover the cost of the repair or a replacement bag - we just cover faults that have occured from making your product.

To get the ball rolling with your claim:

Email us at customerservice@talusproducts.com with a copy of your receipt, a brief description of the problem, a photo clearly showing the defect and a return address. In some cases, we may issue a Return Authorization number(RA#) and ask that you return the defective product to help us improve quality. If we deem your claim not valid by the warranty agreement, we will let you know promptly. Do not return any merchandise without an RA# as CaribeeUS/ Talus Corp will not be responsible for the cost of shipping any unauthorized returns. Warranty Claim Approval is at the sole discretion of Caribee US and/or Talus Corp. USA

How long will it take?

We try to respond to warranty requests within two days

Once your claim is underway:

The warranty states that your product will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.

At Caribee we are constantly updating styles and colors & improving designs and functionality of our products. As a result, from time to time if a product needs to be replaced under warranty, it may already have been superseded. If this happens and a color or style is not available we will match to the best of our ability the closest suitable product from the range that will take the place of your last Caribee product. We will also match the value and functionality as close as possible.
